I have just completed the Procurement Academy’s CIPS Level 4 program, and the process from start to finish was fantastic. The team was well-organized and always open to helping me balance study time alongside full-time employment. The sessions themselves were excellent, and even though the study group included people from many different industries, the tutor showed great agility in tailoring each session to involve every student. The application to join The Procurement Academy was easy, supported, and clear to expectation, and the many differing ways to attend a session accommodates a multitude of access requirements, plus backed up sessions, google classroom information, revision sessions, study guidance and support.
For someone that is a full time employee, juggling general work life balance, children, plus a broken ankle at one point! The customer service and professionalism has been flawless.
