CIPS Level 3
CIPS Level 3 Distance Learning is a flexible route to the CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement & Supply. It’s ideal for people starting or formalising their procurement career who want to study around work and other commitments, while still having structured support when needed.
Our distance learning approach gives you the freedom to study how and when you want, using a blend of online and offline learning materials. You’ll also have access to remote tutor support where required, to help you feel confident and prepared for your assessments.

How The Programme is Delivered
All study materials are accessed electronically through our learning management system, Google Classroom. You’ll work through a clear learning programme, with activities linked to CIPS learning outcomes and designed to embed learning and support workplace application.

Once you have started your learning programme, any syllabus/learning queries should be directed to your Training Manager who will organise any tutor support you require.

Assessments
You will complete 5 computer-based multiple-choice exams (2 hours each).
Exam Booking
As a distance learner, you book your own exams through your MyCIPS portal. CIPS exam series run in March, May, July, September (online only) and November. Booking typically opens around 6–8 weeks before the exam week, and CIPS will email you when booking opens.
