The Standard describes the skills, knowledge and behaviours that an individual requires to be fully competent in an occupation. To complete the apprenticeship you will study for the CIPS exams with the end point assessment consisting of:

A Project Report - The Project Report will be based on a workplace project which has a focus on two elements of the procurement cycle and has a word count of approximately 5000 words. This must be broad enough to enable application of all the knowledge, skills and behaviours you have learned.

Presentation & Questioning - 10-minute presentation around your work role and responsibilities This will be followed by a 30-minute questioning session which will include a minimum of one question from each of the knowledge, skills and behaviours sections.
