Providing a background and history to the Modern Day Slavery Act 2015, what it means to procurement & Supply Chain professionals. Where it exists, what are the risks and how to ensure that your organisation complies with the law using appropriate supply chain diligence.

Mandy Chippindale FCIPS Chartered, Director of The Procurement Academy. Mandy has worked as a Direct Associate for the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply for five years delivering training to their blue chip client base, Mandy has worked in the States, Middle East and across Europe working on behalf of CIPS. She now owns her own organisations offering CIPS Study in Leeds, Doncaster and Nottingham as well as delivering skills training to a number of large organisations as an in-house academy. She is also an Accredited Trainer for IACCM, The International Association for Contract & Commercial Management. Mandy has held a number of Director level positions during her career in Procurement.
