Coaching, Mentoring, and Facilitation

Here at The Procurement Academy, we offer qualified and experienced facilitators, who can support Team Building, Strategic Alignment, and Employee Engagement workshops

Coaching, however, is not typically one-off course or training session. It is about periodic one to one (or team) interventions, typically over a 3 to 6-month timescale.

Coaching, Mentoring, and Facilitation will develop Leadership Skills, Improve Relationships and Build Confidence in the application of soft skills in both individual leaders and their teams.
